Beyond the gated entrance to the house, there is a 1 km driveway through a cathedral of trees. The road is newly asphalted to a very high standard, allowing any type of vehicle access to the house. There are a further 5/6 Km of internal roads on the Finca allowing one to visit all parts of the land.

When first visiting the land one is struck by its beauty and it is hard to believe that such tranquility can exist so close to the hustle and bustle of Marbella, Puerto Banus, and Estepona.

There are ruins on at least 3 locations on the main estate, and out houses on other plots.
